[ Is your diet bowel friendly ? ]

Besides drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day , regular consumptions of high fibre foods such as whole grains and fruits are important for promoting regular bowel movement .
Try incorporating more of the following foods into your diet ,

> Grains - Look for brown rice , pastas and breads that are made of wholegrains . Bran , rye , buckwheat and such . 

> Greens - Fill up on fibre rich veges like broccoli , peas and leafy veges such as spinach . 

> Fresh fruits - Eat 2 or 3 servings of fruits such as bananas , sweet corns , watermelon , mangoes ..

> Dried Fruits - Dates , raisins , apricots are chock full of fibre .
